Star bowler Deepak Chahar is not on the team because of a medical emergency.

Before the fifth match of the series, Team India received bad news. Deepak Chahar is ruled out from the match. That was a setback for the team in the last match.
Deepak Chahar was added to the squad for the last two games. He took 2 wickets in the previous game. In this match, he has been ruled out. While in the time of the toss, Indian skipper Suryakumar Yadav revealed the reason. After the toss, he said, “We would have loved to bowl first. I told the team to not change anything, another opportunity to play in front of an amazing crowd, so just go and enjoy. The way the batting unit has delivered, just told them to believe and execute. Arshdeep comes in for Deepak Chahar. He has flown back home because of a medical emergency.” The kind of medical emergency that happened with the bowler has not been revealed yet.
Series Win and Match Update:
